A Long Journey

Travelled down to Edinburgh to see Amelie being an angel in nursery nativity play tomorrow and singing 'Little Donkey'. However there was a diversion around Perth and then we missed the Edinburgh exit and headed for Stirling. Eventually arrived around 9 p.m. And then found flash on camera not working properly - hence the fairly rubbish photo. Amelie is snuggled up beside us in bed - minus a chunk of hair as they'd been playing hairdressers at nursery today and one of her friends had lopped off a portion. She seems to think it will have grown back by tomorrow! When the nursery phoned her mum they said that there had been 'an incident with scissors' - so the fact that only hair was missing came as something of a relief!
