Queueing theory.....

......I'm buggered if I can get my head round queueing theory, how do you predict waiting times? Stood for ages at the Post Office Ltd to use the services of the Royal Mail Ltd. In an independent, socialist Scotland this mess of sub-division will all be re-united and nationalised under a General Post Office and queues will be a thing of the past......
