Safe place

We all have a safe place were we go to clear our head... Some people have it without realising it!! Tonight I went to my safe place hidden up in the hill always for the world, where I can sit above the merging cities and the hustle and bustle of people and traffic. Many times I come here and I am fascinated that I can see the forth rail bridge considering where I am! Tonight I was meant to uni.. I did an hour then had dinner with a friend and we called it a night! On my way home I was hit with the wave of emotions of the week so far! Work is tough just now as I'm sure many peoples jobs are. Tonight while in my safe place I reflected on the past few days, my career and Christmas! It baffles me and iv hit the reality hard this week that Christmas isn't always a Celebration but sometimes the hardest time of people's lives! Tomorrow is a new day and a new battle and I'm ready for the fight!
