Yet Another Birthday Treat

A couple of friends treated me to dinner tonight at our local pub. It was a very early meal as mine host presumably wanted the meals over and cleared before a carol service began at 7.30.

This (tipsy?) snowman watched over my shoulder at my meal - it was not turkey - I had my favourite meal scampi and chips, along with my favourite aperitif and the vicar arrived just in time to give the ladies a kiss before the carols started. A great night was had by all.
