What a difference a day makes...

.. to the view. Same old view from the kitchen but this time we have been transported to the steamy Amazonian rainforest. Actually sadly after a brighter morning, it is pretty wintery and grey with drizzle getting heavier as the day has progressed. When I took the photo the cloud had just started rising up the valleys and then continued to do so enveloping us all in its wooliness.
I was hoping to get some different shots up on the moor when I went up there this afternoon but it had closed in leaving a flat, dull light. So much so that Sam and Charlotte ended up taking two and a half hours to walk something that should have taken one hour.
Cheerfully the neighbours said it is forecast to continue like this until Christmas. However tonight late night shopping in Totnes - does life get any better?!
