Christmas at the Peninsula

We got to enjoy a lovely meal at the Peninsula today with our dear friends James and Bonnie. James is the Pastor of our church and it was super that they were able to join us at this very busy time of the year.

Martin's first day of holiday and it started with him going in to work for a conference call!!! While I went for my first physio appt post surgery. It was so painful yet so good too ... I felt the benefits already. Hopefully we can get to the bottom of this pain, literally.

Took the opportunity to do some more Christmas shopping for our boys while in town on another VERY wet and cold day. So not used to it being continuously rainy in winter like this. Summer, yes, when the rain is nice and warm, but definitely not winter. Hope the rain sticks around till Thursday though, so our camping trip gets cancelled. ;-)
