Swimming

I do love swimming!

I was going a few times a week in the summer and managing twice a week until I was poorly. I have managed once a week for the last three weeks along with Dd.

I started on 10 lengths, last week twenty, this week 30 and the last ten I managed in under 8 minutes.

I have not really noticed a startling difference other than those shoulder muscles but I am not really doing it for that tbh just general fitness.

I am considering the swimathon.
