On the Grill

On 13 Dec. my blip was of the beef in the market. Today we bought pieces of that thin sliced meat, and the lady cooked it on the grill. This is called tasajo. In the many taco stands around the city, they cook this and chop it, put it in tortillas with other tasty things...or you can buy it like this and take it home, which we did. We also bought freshly made tortillas, added tomatoes, those grilled onions, salsa, and WOW!
