Waiting for Emily

Spent some time on the beach today watching some kiteboarders take to the air today.... Always something spectacular to watch.... I waiting now the arrival of the storm named Emily (named for Emily Bronte's 165th birthday), due on Thursday. Car battery is causing me lots of grief since the weekend so thank God for my battery booster in the boot.... Car booked in for a service in the morning so hopefully I'll be mobile over the Christmas..... and mobile for storm chasing at the end of the week..... Hopefully it does not hit too hard as Scotland will, seemingly, take the brunt.... Time, I think, to do my Christmas shopping list....just saying
