Now, believe me, I understand smoking. I was a smoker, long ago. I know its a habit that's easily acquired and not so easily shed.

But why throw the packets on the floor? There were 3 'Amber Leaf' packets in a yard, nestled in the other leaves on this path through a local beauty spot. Same user, who finishes a pack at the same place every day? I dunno, but I wish they'd pack it in!
