Slipper stretch

It's a new thing I'm patenting. I'm sure you'll agree it looks good. And my poor hamstrings and tight hip flexors need a little tlc after another outing on the netball court. At least we won this time.

I'm so tired I can't remember what else happened but I know there was some work and some jobs.

And then a film, "Safety not Guaranteed". Quirky and fun.
