Tree line

The morning exploded into life, I was either too high or too low on the hill to capture the red sunrise, liked this tree on our morning Juno walk.

The girls had a football game against another girls' team this week, what a great game of football played in a great spirit by both teams. The Thistles managed to get a narrow victory. Eco daughter played out of her skin, it was only afterwards I found out why, Eco mum said if she did not play well then Juno would no longer come down to football.

Back home and one of our wee neighbours was having a fifth birthday which coincided with the apple day in their garden. Popped over with the apple press and masher. The kids loved helping making the fresh apple juice and consuming it.

I have been booked by a couple of other families for next year to process their apples.

Quiet evening tidying up the garden and checked on the pond the frogs are back hopefully enjoying a better pond.
