A perfect Christmas gift

Possibly one of the best Christmas presents I've have ever had. What could be more perfect than this? I've wanted one of these from the RSC for ages but never knew which one to get - Erin being amazing as she is found the perfect one. Not only is it Shakespeare, and part of the text from Richard II which we went to see (David Tennant!!), but the quote is "The Welshmen are dispers'd." What a girl! Had a lovely catch-up chat with her over the phone today which gave me the idea for this photo.

Also went to see The Hobbit 2 with my Dad earlier. Pretty good film, but I'm still comparing it with Lord of the Rings and finding it wanting. I understand that it's meant to be a lighter film, after all the book was meant for children, but the amount of CGI gets on my nerves. Why are they cutting corners? All the main orcs in LOTR were real actors... And Orlando Bloom looked incredibly weird. No idea why. Still, good, fun film, laughed a lot.
