Ritual with sangria?

This woman was undertaking some sort of ritual at the shore today. Incense, shells, petals and at one point some paper napkins were what seemed to be her sacrificial offerings. She gracefully threw them into the sea with some chanting and song. After a while she went and got a glass of sangria that also seemed to be used as some sort of offering.

Maybe a bit intrusive taking photos, I'm not sure.

Left Mallorca today, got home late evening and I'm now packing for more days away, but this time for work.
