Bridge to nowhere

Part of Newcastle's lost concrete past from the sixties; this is a walkway which links an office complex which should have joined somewhere else which was never built.It runs, Piranesi like, under the Tyne Bridge creating part of the tapestry of routes and stairs which link the quayside to the city centre.
