Overhead

Crawling over the conservatory floor on my hands and knees I was shaking my head worrying about my sanity and my blip commitment. Slowly, carefully and stealthily through the window I raised my lens, moved a chair and balanced on an elbow to get the shot - through the double glazing.

This pheasant was clocking something overhead but milliseconds later we were eyeballing each other, so my tactics were not as good as an SAS trained guy might have been. However........she didn't take off and just moseyed round the flowerbed..till I changed the shutter speed! :) My knees did hurt at this point !! ..:)
