Zac parkrunning

This shot is of my son Zac (10) running the 5k parkrun this morning. It has become a regular Saturday morning family outing with between 2 and 6 of us running it or marshalling.

My own running has come on leaps and bounds(!) and I am currently in position 2 on the points leader board for women for our local parkrun- who would have thought it 6 months ago ?!
