Meeting the big man

It's a been a very busy but very lovely day today. Our friends came over to visit and we all went to see Father Christmas and his reindeer at the local garden centre. The children all had a fab time playing together while we queued up, and the grotto and it's inhabitants didn't disappoint. We remember to take carrots for the reindeer this year, which they really enjoyed, and we enjoyed feeding them too. Mr FC was pleased to see the mini pinks and remarked on how much they'd grown this year. they put in their requests for gifts, and said please, and asked what Father Christmas would like left for his snack. Apparently the reindeer would like carrots, but he didn't answer for what he'd like. I think perhaps a nice glass of wine, and a piece of Christmas cake ought to do the trick this year ;)
