Summer Wine

Here we are, a new week and heading fast towards Christmas. Another rainy day here in the south west but I grabbed an hour to pop out to Shaldon and at least managed to stay dry even if I wasn't to be rewarded with much other than 'subtle' light.

We're looking across the Teign to Back Beach, Teignmouth with the beach huts looking nicely ramshackle. I like the modernish waterfront flats. They seem to blend nicely with a bit of a 'thatched' look to the roofs. A few small boats remain on the water and with temperatures staying so mild I thought about 'The Last of the Summer Wine' for a title but instead of old geezers being daft I preferred this by Bono and The Corrs.
