Mojito Tilapia

Preparing Dinner

It need some side dishes that I'll pick up while out doing errands.
Maybe some roma toms, cheese and a green salad. Not sure just yet.

Beer will be nice.
If I can find a Mexican beer I am willing to try I'll do that:-)
