Pretty bridges up North

Newcastle-upon-Tyne is a lovely looking city. I really enjoyed walking along the Tyne, even though it was pitch black by the time I arrived. I stayed in a Travelodge a few minutes walk from this view - was dreading it as had numerous bad experiences with Travelodge but this wasn't too bad. The room was a bit grotty but it was nice and quiet, super cheap, and the location was really convenient.
