Superhero Flash

Day 349 - yup I was woke just in time by the human MOTD alarm clock, but just as well as had stuff to do.

My to do list consisted of:

- Make pancakes for breakfast (and nearly threw the over sensitive smoke alarm out the window)

- played the first of many games of snakes n ladders and Ludo

- attempted to put the outside Xmas lights up just as the rain belted it down and the wind picked up. Not sure how long they will last :/

- played more board games inter dispersed with housework

- baked momma's apple pies

- dug out the captain America superhero costume for L's 6th bday bash

- drank mulled wine at said bash and caught up with friends while the kids turned into superhero maniacs...... and tried to dodge the flying Furby's

- set up a Xmas card writing chain gang

- played army mans before listening to the boy reading his homework.


Talk about making the most of the day.
