Pears

Hell of a crop this year really pleased with it. Only question now is how to get them to ripen for eating (still a bit hard, but a stiff breeze would have brought the lot down). Also anybody got any idea what variety they are from the shot?

Small ones will get boiled up and pureed for the wean but the big ones with eating potential will need storing. any help would be appreciated.
