Test Dummies

Profiteroles for Xmas! But really want them to make them well so these are my 3rd attempt. And from frozen! They turned out pretty well. These are just filled with cream and covered in melted chocolate.
On the day I'm pulling all the stops out and making a creme pat to fill them and some boozy chocolate sauce.
