Roll on the holidays

This morning Si and I were woken up by a very loud CRASH coming from outside. It sounded like a ladder falling over or something, but we couldn't see the cause when we looked out the window.

Fast forward to this evening when we were all dolled up, ready to go to a party, me with 22 freshly baked chocolate brownie cupcakes with whisky/chocolate ganache icing. We discovered the car's front suspension was kaput! The front end of the car was sitting so flipping low.

That'll be a tow job and a few hundred quid to fix. At least we have some comfort food!
