Gingerbread house

I've never made one before.

I now know why. Only attempt if you have 45 miles of baking paper, 16 baking trays, 4.5 cooling racks AND an infinite amount of glasses/cups/mugs to use as building props.

Oh and it would appear the entire ground floor of my house...yes MY HOUSE...not just the gingerbread house is covered ankle deep in 100's&1000's.
