Come On Woman .....

.......... there is a Grand Prix on today

My aunt and uncle came to visit Dad this morning.
They stay 'down south' and have had their own health issues so haven't seen him since Mums funeral service at the begining of the year.
Luckily he was having a very good day and recognised them and was able to have a conversation.
It was obvious that he really enjoyed seeing his sister and that there were loads of memories being jogged.
It took a lot out of him though and after they left he spent a while staring into space and biting his lip ......... I think he is going to be quite down fo a few days now.
