Sunday lunch

At the Troyeville Hotel. One of Joburg's original hotels, built in the 1930's near the city centre. Not the best of area's nowadays but their traditional Portuguese food is fantastic.

Our wee party got together for a pre Christmas celebration. Eggplant salad, hallumi and chorizo for starters followed by prawns, lamb chops and calamari saw most of us stuffed. Not so for Gav though who managed to tuck into a bread and butter pudding with ice cream before he finally gave in.

Think I'll have a wee snooze now!
