Phil, Geoff and my better side

Geoff, Phil and I spent a happy, wet, muddy morning in the Forest of Dean putting the world to rights, talking about age, Christmas parties, plans for the holidays, bike bits, company cars, mastic, iPad mini's, 70's prog rock, laying cabling, this that and the other.

We also found time for a bit of mountain biking.

It's a great spot, the trails were sublime and the tea (albeit the first few mouthfuls being tainted by mud!) and bacon butty were a nice book end.

It keeps you sane, right?

Chicken and Mushroom pie construction this afternoon, the log burner on and maybe a 10 minute snooze (unplanned but it might just happen).

This time next week all will be set to mellow!
