Rehearsal

Spent the afternoon in the cathedral rehearsing for tomorrow's concert. Getting there was quite exciting, the barriers were a bit wet and wild, the waves splashing onto the car! While we were singing, in the quiet parts, you could hear the wind whistling and howling at the doors but the wonderful brass accompaniment managed to drown it out!

It was a good rehearsal and luckily the wind had either died down a bit or slightly changed direction and we got a dry crossing back home. Always a bit nerve racking, wondering whether you are going to get stuck on the "wrong side" of the barriers in bad weather. Hopefully tomorrow's weather won't be as dramatic as it is forecast to be!
