Woke up this morning to the sounds of chains clanging as we were docking at the port. A quick breakfast then we caught the shuttle bus to the port gates. A short walk later and we hired a taxi which took us to the Museum at ....

The museum was very small but fascinating and had lots of pieces of ancient jewellery, textiles, implements and bowls made from soapstone and carved with beautiful designs. Our taxi driver was Idrees who was from Pakistan. The trip cost us around ten pounds each and we saw so much of the new development between the port and the city - building of new holiday complexes, residential areas and oil storage tanks.

Today's blip is an elephant made of towels which our lovely steward had made as a surprise for us. The elephant is wearing my hat!

This evening we went to a show based on the Three Musketeers story with music from Pirates of the Caribbean, juggler, dancers, tumblers and acrobat.
