The Makings of Dinner

Wash, chop, clean, peel, slice,
saute in olive oil, brown
boil, drain, build and bake.

Another beautiful day in paradise... off to the grocery store and back before lunch as we had a visitor arriving shortly. The menfolk concentrated on repairs while I concentrated on making a pan of lasagna. I'm very lazy. I bought a package of grated mozzarella for the top. No tasting or photos of the results to share. Dinner won't be ready for at least another hour. I like to slow cook my lasagna for a few hours. It gives us time for happy hour! I'm on my second bottle of Kahlua since December started. It is so cheap in Mexico!
