A grey day
It was wild on the West Coast today, so much so that we abandoned our planned trip to Skye. We might have got there but there was every chance that we might not have got back across the bridge in time for our last dinner in Plockton, and we did not want to miss that! Wild, wild wind and a pile of rain as well! It's the first time since we started coming here in 1999 that the weather has thwarted our plans, which can't be bad in Scotland in the autumn, or in this case, the winter. The weekend has flown by, roll on our next visit, likely autumn 2014.
