Holiday starts here

Yesterday I finished work until jan 6th - that's over 3 weeks away making this the longest Christmas break I've had since university.

And it's started very well - parkrun this morning at a nice jogging pace then to London to catch up with Efta. Bought my first maternity clothes today - 2 pairs jeans and a fab dress - before braving the hell that was oxford street to get Efta's contact lens prescription. We couldn't get away quite enough and having seen the huge queues at the tube station, we gt a taxi back. Quick waitrose shop (hummus, pies and chocolate mousse) then into our pjs for a fabulously chilled out night.

And to top it all off Everton won again - I've always said Martinez is a great manager!
