Morningside library reopens - again

My local library underwent a major refurbishment a couple of years ago and reopened on 15th December 2011. It was open for about a year and then they found dry rot - so it closed again for a year while it was repaired. It reopened again a week ago and hopefully it will now stay open for a good long time to come.
