Amy and I made our first batch of mince pies this morning. Mmmmmmmm yum. I think I need to make MANY more.

So the Christmas count down has officially started. Between now and next Sunday.
Ten school shifts
Two children's parties
A family get together
One swimming lesson
Two Christmas concerts
One works meal
As well as the usual day to day chores
Then I can relax. Hopefully. I'm usually full of Christmas spirit but I have to say. This year I'm lacking.
