Lochan Buic Beavers

Beavers were introduced in Knapdale in 2007. Knapdale used to feel like one of Scotland's best kept secrets but now the word is out some afternoons are just too busy for me in the forestry where the beavers are. Today we took Breesha for her first drive to our caravan to check it's still standing and to collect a few things. I'm really glad to say she was great in the car, 100 miles there and 100 miles back, great puppy behaviour - for now anyway. It was great to get out to the countryside for a good walk, lifted my spirits greatly :-)
