A Story for Christmas.

Meet Saba - she has just taken over The Village Bookshop in Woodford Green. This is her first day at the helm of her new business and we all wish her well for it's future success. It is so great being able to drop into a local shop to browse and buy books rather than get them on-line, I reckon.

And the window is looking all pretty and Christmassy with a tree and snow and all.

I ordered a copy of the sports book of the year. This is Jamie Reid’s Doped: The Real Life Story of the 1960s Racehorse Doping Gang.

Apparently they made £millions so I might pick up a few ideas. Got to beat the bookies somehow!
