SIMMONS GATE

This gate, with a musical notation theme, lies within the Crescent Gardens in Filey.
It is dedicated as a memorial to Ronnie Simmons, who died in 2005. He was a well-known local who spent his spare time collecting litter to keep the town clean and tidy.
Why is it that folk drop so much litter anyway ???
