I feel sorry for the children

I photographed a few days ago, a family of four on the back of a moped. All were without a helmet. In this photo the driver to use a helmet, children don't have any security. Really a shame.

In Thailand there is a law on the use of the helmet on the road. The tourists will receive a fine of 200 thb traffic, if you do not use a helmet. I have not seen a local as a few times the helmet, in children is almost never.
