Shopping centre Santa in topless shock

When miss birrell was small,we would go to see Santa Claus every year in his grotto in the shopping mall, where he would be sitting in his cosy little abode complete with flashing fairy lights, sparkly decorations and lots of elves.
Over the years he had to make a few economies, so the grotto gradually became smaller and smaller, till we thought he must have applied to the Guinness Book of Records as a contender for the " world's smallest grotto " record.
This year though, poor Santa doesn't even have a roof over his head.
Obviously times is 'ard, even in fairyland.
