Thank you

Have had a very busy couple of days. Today was also very busy. One of my home visit lady's gave me this lovely bottle of wine as a thank you, so I wanted to use it as my todays blip. So naturally in front of the xmas tree seemed a good idea.
Am oncall tonight until 8am tomorrow - hoping for a 'Q' night.
