Frosty the Snowman

After a fairly restless night, I thought it would be best for J to have a quiet day at home today. We spent the morning on the project I had planned to do with him last weekend but didn't get chance. It was lovely to have some time with him on his own. The plan was to make a fabric version of his Christmas card design that he had done at school. It was a joint effort, with him doing the cutting and most of the machine stitching and me doing the more tricky button sewing and machine free hand embroidery of the bow and arms. It'll be a shopping trip tomorrow to buy a frame for it.
