Broken Rudder

A local man told me that the reason the boat blipped yesterday can’t move now is that it has broken rudder; that and it leaks like a sieve.
It is very sad to see the old fishing boat fall in to such disrepair and I expect successive tides and storms will see it fall in to further dilapidation now.
My choice of blip was one remarkably similar to yesterday or this one; the broken rudder.
