Sofa View

Today was a hard one, I woke up and the tears started. Have been on and off for most of the day and feeling really anxious. Have tried to sleep many times to just get a break but it’s not happening today. Unfortunately had to go along to the chemist for my meds (this is a pain in the neck), and ended up using the opportunity while out to pick up some messages, including a few bottles of wine. Yum.
Back in the house within 30mins and back to the sofa.
