Entering into the spirit

I have to be persuaded to get going on Christmas decorations, mainly because there are two children's birthdays to celebrate first and I think they should be centre of attention. There is also the issue of the Christmas season going onto January 6th - and if you start on December 1st it really does go on far too long!
However I relented and got the fire surround decorated today plus the lights in the hall. That might keep everyone happy for a while!
