Christmas Tree Festival

I am still not feeling 100% but I have been improving this week and I feel as though I'm getting there. Decided it was kill or cure this morning and went out for a round of golf. We were very lucky in that we didn't get wet at all, the rain held off until we finished. I was thrown by the fact they were using winter tees off a raised platform, which also meant that they had put me about 25yrs per hole further back! Not my best round but, given the circumstances, I was still happy with my score and it was better than my winter scores last year.

This afternoon I went to a Christmas Tree Festival in a neighbouring church. 55 beautifully decorated trees. People had been very inventive, decorating their tree to represent their organisation or business etc. The mulled wine afterwards was rather nice too!
