Running(dreaming) Buddy

Set off after breakfast for a running date with Jon my great friend and sometimes running buddy.

We had grand plans of clear skies and frosty hard ground in the Lakes, but it looked shrouded in cloud, so we ran locally running our Simon Seat Circular - so 12miles of misty moorland and we just talked and ran, and talked, and ran. Our friendship is marked by honesty, openess, shared faith, lots of laughter, support and on days a bit longer like today scheeming some mad plan which takes us a while to get round to sharing with our wives - you know the kind of plan.......
