Dinner

Today's pictures are from Lusangazi at lunch time; they all eat together. They ring a bell when food in ready.
The chief came to Lusangazi to see the land as one of the lease procedures. He was impressed with the development we have brought to his village.

This is a new idea where we have a cook to make the dinner from vegetables on the farm, and wveryone eats together. They are eating in the hostel, they eat with their hands and are meticulouus about washing them.
The white food is nsima, a maize flour the relish is cabbage with some onion and tomato (The nsima is awful, but the relish is amazing!)
