Christmas Prize

In town by 9 am for a flu jab, wrapping up presents to take to London tomorrow, a long lunch at the pub with WI friends, and then it was time for the Christmas session at short mat bowls!
This year the chocolate Santa survived intact, despite being knocked over a few times by the more skilled bowlers! The game was won by our oldest member who is over 90 and a very fit and very skilful bowls player. Much laughter ensued this afternoon, and tiny mince pies appeared with tea in the break!
